Dr. Mansour founded Waterdown Kids Dentistry on a simple belief: every child deserves a dental experience that is gentle, positive, and even a little fun. He focuses entirely on children’s dentistry, not as one service among many, but as his whole practice. Parents consistently notice two things about him: he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why, and he genuinely connects with his young patients. Dr. John Mansour (“Dr. John”) is a Pediatric Dentist on staff at McMaster Children’s Hospital committed to providing safe, compassionate care. A graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy’s distinguished BS/DDS program, he completed his specialty training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, serving as Chief Resident. Dr. John combines his clinical expertise with a strong background in dental risk management and pediatric sedation, ensuring a practice environment that prioritizes safety above all else. He finds his greatest sense of accomplishment in helping children overcome their dental anxiety. An advocate for accessible healthcare, he regularly travels to remote regions to treat underserved children.
Outside of the office, Dr. John cherishes time spent with his wife and their twins.
